Simon was a founding partner of Bogers Scott Shortland. During his time as a Partner from 1999 to 2018, he practised primarily in the employment law jurisdiction. Simon retired from the partnership in 2018 and remains a non-lawyer on call consultant of the firm, assisting with matters that are not regulated legal services, from time to time.
